What does this agreement cover?

Tick everything that applies. The rest of the wizard adapts to what you choose. You can combine any of them — a wedding party staying the weekend (stay + event), a helper joining the homestead for a season (work exchange), or just a private stay (stay only).

A stay on the property — camping, RV, cabin, or other accommodation for a defined number of nights. A private event held on the property — wedding, retreat, reception, reunion, gathering, or similar. Work exchange — an ongoing arrangement where a helper member receives a stay in exchange for work. When ticked, a separate Private Work Agreement is produced alongside the property agreement.
